Asked to name one Issa-led investigation that had been appropriately managed and not politicized, Cummings paused.
“This conspiracy stuff is kind of ridiculous,” Cummings said of the cover-up allegations.
In fact, in some ways, Cummings thought the screening manager was a model federal employee.
Cummings is now 47 and back out of prison, but he remains on probation.
