fucosidosis

(fyōō-kō′sĭ-dōsĭs)
n.
  1. An inherited metabolic storage disease caused by a deficiency of alpha-fucosidase and the accumulation of glycolipids that contain fructose, and marked by progressive neurologic deterioration, spasticity, tremor, and mild skeletal changes.
