porrigo por·ri·go (pə-rī'gō)
Any of various diseases of the scalp.
It has been occasionally employed in medicine, chiefly externally in itch and porrigo, made into an ointment with lard.
Eczema and psoriasis, pityriasis, impetigo, and porrigo decalvans are forms of skin eruption seen.
