Coffin-Siris syndrome

n.

An inherited syndrome that in males causes mental retardation with a wide bulbous nose and low nasal bridge, moderate hirsutism, and digital anomalies with nail hypoplasia. In females the syndrome may cause digital abnormalities and mild mental retardation.Coffin-Lowry syndrome
