Inclusivity is a habit or policy of including all types of people. Your club's inclusivity means new members are welcome, no matter their religion, race, language, physical ability, or gender. The inclusivity of a gym or swimming pool depends on making everyone feel welcome there. That can mean making sure locker rooms feel safe and comfortable, and providing exercise equipment that's accessible to people in wheelchairs. In language, inclusivity means speaking in a thoughtful way so you don't exclude certain groups or use biased or offensive terms. Inclusivity is from include and its Latin root, which means "shut in."
