papulonecrotic tuberculid

[ păp′yə-lō-nə-krŏtĭk ]

n.

A chronic form of cutaneous tuberculosis caused by an allergic reaction to the tubercle bacillus, characterized by dusky-red papules primarily on the extremities that become crusty and ulcerated.
