Schwachman syndrome

  1. An inherited disorder characterized by sinusitis and bronchiectasis accompanied by pancreatic insufficiency and resulting in malnutrition; it is associated with neutropenia and a defect in neutrophile chemotaxis, short stature, and bone abnormalities.
