A longitudinal gyrus on the lateral surface of the temporal lobe of the brain, between the superior and inferior temporal sulci; middle temporal gyrus.
A longitudinal gyrus on the lateral surface of the temporal lobe between the lateral fissure and the superior temporal sulcus; superior temporal gyrus.
