  1. an inclusive pre-wedding party, often on the night before or in the days leading up to the wedding, and ranging from a night of drinking to a destination vacation (used in contrast to bachelor party and bachelorette party, and intended to be welcoming for wedding participants and guests of any gender).

    The bride and groom opted for a mixed-gender bachelorx party instead of the traditional “his” and “hers” celebrations.
