A person whose job involves speaking on television, the radio, or online is a broadcaster. Your favorite TV meteorologist is a broadcaster, and so is the DJ with the jazz show your grandpa loves. A broadcaster is someone who broadcasts, or transmits information. This can mean reading the evening news for an internet streaming station or narrating a high school basketball game for a local radio station.
